1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DearType's website and purchasing fonts, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Font Licensing

When you purchase fonts from DearType, you are purchasing a license to use the fonts according to the specific license type selected (Desktop, Web, App, Electronic Doc, or Digital Ads). You do not own the fonts themselves—you own a license to use them.

Each license type has specific terms and limitations. Please refer to our Licensing page for detailed information about each license type.

3. Permitted Uses

Your use of licensed fonts is limited to the scope defined by your license type. Generally:

  • Desktop licenses allow use in design software to create static designs
  • Web licenses allow embedding fonts on websites
  • App licenses allow embedding in mobile applications
  • Electronic Doc licenses allow embedding in digital publications
  • Digital Ad licenses allow use in online advertising

4. Prohibited Uses

Unless explicitly permitted by your license, you may not:

  • Share, redistribute, or sublicense the font files
  • Modify the font software
  • Use fonts for AI training purposes
  • Install fonts on servers for multiple users beyond your license
  • Use fonts in ways not covered by your license type

5. Payment and Delivery

All prices are listed in EUR. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, font files will be available for immediate download from your account.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of font products, we do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with a font, please contact us within 10 days of purchase with proof of purchase, and we will provide a replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

All fonts, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of DearType / Veneta Rangelova. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

DearType shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our fonts or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
